STEPS TO ADMISSION


From Early Childhood to Grade 7

  • Step 1

    Parent completes online inquiry

    Go to inquire.talmudtorah.com to submit an inquiry.

  • Step 2

    RECEIVE CALL/EMAIL FROM SR ADMISSIONS MANAGER

    All admissions steps outlined. Campus tour booked.

  • Step 3

    AFTER TOUR, SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATION

    If applicable, include the following:

    Report cards, assessments, Student Information Form, Consents

  • Step 4

    PAY APPLICATION FEE

    Applicable for Grades 1-7 only

    $180 per student

  • Step 5

    LOCAL APPLICANTS VISIT VTT

    Grades 1-7 applicants invited to spend a half or full-day at VTT

  • Step 6

    TEACHER FEEDBACK SOLICITED

    Teacher input added to application package.

  • Step 7

    APPLICATION REVIEW MEETING

    Includes Admission Team + Division Principal.

    If application approved, offer of enrollment sent. One week to accept.

  • Step 8

    APPLICATIONS REQUIRING MORE INFORMATION

    Follow-up meeting with parents and/or further discussions with current school.

  • Step 9

    FINAL DECISION REACHED

    Depending on space availability

    Either YES, NO or DELAY for one year.

  • Step 10

    ALL NEW FAMILIES ASSIGNED MENTOR FAMILY

    Division principals periodically check in with all new students in first term.
